Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Roofing Estimator | Sales Assistant. The role involves day-to-day tasks like quantity take-offs, quote preparation, RFI’s, cost management, sales process assistance, safety and compliance set ups. The experienced Roofing Estimator | Sales Assistant will be based in our headquarters in Yarraville, VIC.

The successful experienced Estimator | Sales Assistant will be offered an above award salary based on their experience along with a phone and super on top.

Requirements: Plumbing registration

We are looking for someone that knows their product & their way around a roof and or cladding project. You may have your own business and have enough of everything?

We work on high end architectural homes with both roofing & cladding, large town house projects with both roofing & cladding & large re-roof projects.

The successful Supervisor will be offered an attractive salary based on experience.

It’s important to remember as a supervisor you will have complete responsibility and authority to guide & direct the team.

You will work unsupervised but at the same time be required to follow integrated business systems. Above average communication and diplomacy skills are imperative in this role as we work hard to ensure our clients and team members are not only kept informed but also treated with a high level of respect.

Requirements: Drivers License

KC Roof Plumbing is based in inner Melbourne and services all inner suburbs of Melbourne.

Our projects are inner suburbs of Melbourne working on large High End architectural roofing, cladding, large town house projects.

The role consists of a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday with overtime and optional weekend work at times.

The role consists of a 38-40-hour week from Monday to Friday & have two days off a month through performance, profitability & working together well as a team. 

To be a successful candidate in this role, it is essential that you are:

• Reliable & hard working
• Able to follow instructions

• Honest and have good work ethic

We work on high end architectural homes with both roofing & cladding, large town house projects with both roofing & cladding & large re-roof projects.

The successful roof plumber will be offered an attractive hourly rate based on experience along with work ute, linked tolls card, fuel card for work & personal use, phone along with super + long service on top. 

It’s important to remember as a registered roof plumber you will require responsibility and authority to lead and mentor your team.
